Why teams use EstimateReview

Recover missed items

Flags commonly missed scope — drip edge, ice & water, starter, step flashing, steep/high charges — so legitimate items are not left off.

Reduce leakage

Surfaces duplicates, labor-minimum stacking, supervision double-dips, inflated waste, and O&P applied without support.

Speed up reviews

Upload a PDF, spreadsheet, or photo and get a structured, claim-file-ready report in minutes instead of hours.

Defend your file

Neutral findings with dollar impact, documentation requests, and a recommended position written for the claim file.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this for?

Contractors and restoration companies preparing or defending supplements, and independent or staff adjusters reviewing contractor submittals. The report is written neutrally so either side can use it.

What file types are supported?

PDF (including Xactimate/Symbility PDF exports), Excel (XLSX), CSV, and photos of paper estimates (JPG/PNG, with OCR). HEIC is accepted; JPG/PNG gives the best OCR results.

Is this a professional opinion?

No. It is an AI-assisted analysis for informational purposes. Always verify findings independently. It is not a substitute for a licensed adjuster, contractor, or attorney.

How is my data protected?

TLS in transit, AES-256-GCM encryption at rest, private storage, short-lived signed download links, malware scanning, MFA, and automatic deletion after the retention period. We do not sell documents or use them to train public AI models.

Do you invent code requirements?

No. The code section only addresses commonly applicable items (ice & water, drip edge, underlayment, ventilation) or items referenced in your estimates, and marks them Included, Paid when incurred, or Verify.

Can I re-run a review after a revised estimate?

Yes. Open any past review and choose “Upload revised estimate” — the new version is linked to the original.
